The Ancient Wisdom Foundation

This artiact was for a long time considered a fake. It is now accepted as a genuine artifact describing the night sky. It is a bronze disc about 32 centimetres in diameter with a diagram of the heavens embossed onto it in gold. It shows representations of the sun, moon, Pleiades and three other crescents, two presumed to be horizon lines and the other a possible 'Solar Barge' at the bottom.

The disc was found on top of a mountain (The Mittelberg) in Germany, along with a horde of other 'Bronze-age' relics, from which it is dated at c. 1,600 BC. The disc was made by a race of people that lived in Europe before the arrival of the Celts, and is said to be one of the oldest chart of the heavens in the world.

This tool was the result of deep shadow work rooted in co-dependence. After it was written, I found that this resonated with just about everyone I shared it with. I am now sharing it with you.

Anne Wilson Schaef believes the whole society is addicted; the object of addiction isn’t the important issue, but rather that the environment sets us up to be addicted to something, i.e. food, sex, drugs, power, etc. If that is true, then all of us are either addicts or codependents. From this perspective, society produces a pattern making it hard not to be codependent. *
Some general rules created within families that may cause codependency include:

Not talking about problems
Keeping feelings inside
Communicating through “triangulation”–one person acts as messenger between two others.
Being strong, good, right, perfect
Making family members proud
Not being selfish
Doing as you’re told
Discouraging play and playfulness
Going along to get along–don’t rock the boat

Doesn't the above list sound like the way a "normal" family is to be? No wonder so many are on auto pilot as we make our way through life. If we think were "normal", then its everybody else that's "F" up! I urge you to read the full article and then if your guided to do so, apply the affirmations below into your practice.

As beings of light helping others ascend, its not surprising to me if you have co-dependent tendencys or attract others that have these behaviors in your work. I believe in order to be the most effective healers, it is critical that we be the healthiest we can be and for this reason put awarness on this topic.

* Note, keep in mind, there are many degrees of what is defined as co-dependence and codependent behaviors
don't get to hung up on the word co-dependence... its just a word. The important thing is to have awarness
